The increased temperature at which long-life milk is treated results in a greater reduction in bacteria and heat-resistant enzymes in comparison to milk that undergoes regular pasteurisation – giving it an extended shelf life.

DENDAIRY Low Fat UHT Milk may be safely kept outside the fridge. The best place to store milk is the top or middle shelf of a fridge, not in the door. When opened, all kinds of milk should be kept in a fridge in 40℉ (4℃) or below. Milk alternatives should be stored in the pantry between 50-70 ℉ (10-21℃)
